Contract Management is the first phase in automating and streamlining your vendor management process. This phase begins with a review of your existing contracts and inputting them into the Ventelligence system. We then set up your Contract Management Dashboard by identifying the key information that you want to view and track, and determining the pertinent information that will require triggers and setting up the triggers. Templates are also developed for specific contract types; IT, loan generation software, check printing, etc.
We will provide your management team with system training, help with entering all required information to be tracked in the system, and importing corresponding contracts and any additional related documents. At the end of this phase, we will provide a framework to assess risk of existing third party vendor relationships.
